"It is not possible to over-emphasise what a good advertisement for Stamford that Nicole is. More or less every time I call her, I come off the phone thinking "Wow." She either knows all the answers off the top of her head or has very quick access to them. Whilst I'm sure that she is a busy woman, she never fails to respond quickly to requests (eg. emailed documents arriving within minutes of a phone call) and makes no fuss when the fault is clearly on my end of the conversation (which is normally the case!) This has been my consistent experience of her over a period of several years - very impressive.

Bernadette was also a pleasure to deal with over an extended period of time. I'm sure she is also a busy woman but she always gave the impression that I was an important client for her which is, of course, very reassuring when you are job hunting.

During the time I was looking for work, I also did the "due diligence" work of looking at other agencies and this confirmed that in terms of the client-experience, Stamford is some way ahead of the competition."
