Simon Claridge
Simon Claridge has recruited senior professionals in the Life Science markets for the last 11 years. He has conducted many searches for leading Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Device and CRO clients and has run teams of people focused on the successful delivery of recruitment solutions on a global basis.
Simon has led searches for a range of mid to senior management appointments in each of these company sectors, including – Senior Managers within Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance, Senior Director Global Pharmacovigilance, Senior Biometrics Director, Global Medical Affairs Director, Associate Director Global Project Management, R&D Director and Global Regulatory Affairs Director. He has completed assignments throughout the UK and Mainland Europe.
He lives in Hertfordshire and has a young family and enjoys many sports including cycling for fitness and has completed many charitable events raising much needed funds for the British Heart Foundation and Cancer Research.

Simon Ellis
Simon Ellis has worked in recruitment since 1995, most of that time focused on the European pharmaceutical sector. His main areas of focus are data management, clinical research and pharmaceutical IT infrastructure projects.
During those 14 years many aspects of the recruiter’s role have changed, but throughout that period one key part of the role has remained the same and that is to fully understand what it is, that our customers are seeking. With that in mind he makes sure to always have a clear view of our customers’ and candidates’ needs. It’s then just a simple task to try and meet those expectations!
Outside of work he enjoys a little bit of cinema, cycling, football and trying to stay on top of the latest developments in the life sciences industry.
