"It is not possible to over-emphasise what a good advertisement for Stamford that Nicole is. More or less every time I call her, I come off the phone thinking "Wow." She either knows all the answers off the top of her head or has very quick access to them. Whilst I'm sure that she is a busy woman, she never fails to respond quickly to requests (eg. emailed documents arriving within minutes of a phone call) and makes no fuss when the fault is clearly on my end of the conversation (which is normally the case!)
